Aged/Seasoned Corporations
Aged corporations are also referred to as "seasoned" or "shelf" corporations. An Aged corporation allows a business to promote and use its established existence for marketing and advertising purposes, background and due diligence checks by potential customers, and for the purpose of establishing financial relationships. Some of these corporations are available with checking accounts.

Aged corporations are a special service offered by incorporatenow.com. These existing Nevada corporations are in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State, and were originally incorporated from one to ten years ago.

Some Avantages of Aged Corporations

incorporatenow.com Pricing for Aged
Nevada Corporations
(WITHOUT CHECKING ACCOUNTS)
Prices for Aged Corporations are subject to fluctuation of value according to availability and other variables - but, in general, they start from $1,800, for a corporation that has been in existence for one year. As a rule of thumb, an additional $1,000 is added to the base price of $1,800, for each additional year.

*Please Note: This pricing structure is NON-BINDING as incorporatenow.com may have incurred unusual costs to assure that the corporation is clean and functional. Aged Corporations with established, active checking accounts that are in good standing, are rare and therefore more expensive.
