Our Complete Corporate/LLC Packages also include one full year of our Office Package service, which provides our clients with a fully functional Nevada business presence in full compliance with Nevada State and Federal requirements. The term of the Office Package service is renewable in increments of one (1) year.

Preparation & filing of Articles of a "C" Corporation (with
50 million shares of stock at par value $0.001) or Articles of Organization
(LLC), filed & registered with the Nevada Secretary of State. Filing
of Articles fees included

Establishment of a Federal Identification Number (EIN) included

account are a filed and time stamped List of Officers for a corporation,
or Managers and Members for an LLC prior to opening a corporate account.

*Please Note: Nevada does NOT tax corporate earnings and therefore the Sub-S corporate structure has no significance to the State of Nevada. The Sub-S corporation is an OPTIONAL accounting structure which an individual may elect to institute AFTER initially forming their Nevada "C" corporation. If you desire to institute Sub-S corporate accounting methodology, once you have obtained your corporate/LLC charter, YOU CAN ELECT to submit the appropriate form mentioned above to the IRS.
The bi-annual renewal of service fee assessed for our Office Package after the first year of service, which was included with your initial formation, is $500.00 US / $795.00 outside US, billed every six months in May and October. You will be prorated on the first billing to reflect your incorporating date.

under separate cover. In the event that incorporatenow.com
receives mail marked urgent, certified, registered or delivered by express
courier, incorporatenow.com
will contact the client for delivery instructions. All Express Mail delivery,
(DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc), domestic or International, is billed
to the client. EXAMPLES: For security measures, corporate kits & corporate
checkbooks will be delivered by Express Mail services billed to the client's
express courier account.
